My Sites - your agency dashboard
Please note: My Sites is available only for Agency plans (and large multi-site customers). If you are not on an Agency plan yet, or believe this may benefit your organization, please contact us at team@flockler.com.
My Sites gives agencies and customers managing multiple sites better visibility and control across all their Flockler sites. In addition to switching between Flockler sites with a dropdown, you can now see an overview of everything in one place with improved search-ability - making it easier to self-serve adding new sites and managing things such as broken feeds.
Who has access?
My Sites is available only for Agency plan subscriptions (and large multi-site customers by request). To access the dashboard, your account needs the role of Agency Owner.
To open your dashboard:
- Click the small arrow next to your current Flockler site name
- Scroll to the end of the list of Flockler sites you manage
- Select “My Sites”
If you are not an Agency Owner - please contact Flockler Support to request Agency Owner access.
What can I see on the dashboard?
Totals across your account:
- Number of Flockler sites
- Number of active feeds
- Number of Flockler sites with issues
- Number of Flockler users
Per site details:
- Feeds available vs. active feeds
- Broken feeds that need attention
- Number of users (view only, no management yet)

Filter and sort Flockler sites to find what you need quickly:
Add new Flockler sites under your subscription:
- Manage Flockler site details:
- Edit site names
Adjust available feeds per site (⚙️ via the settings icon):
