Can I upload content without using social media?

Absolutely! You can do this in two ways:

1. Through the Custom Post

2. Using a Custom Form

Custom Post

This option lets you manually upload custom posts (images, text, call‑to‑action, etc.) directly into an existing section. This option is available for Flockler account users.

Open the Content tab, select the section where you want to add your custom post

Choose Custom post

Add your title, description, image, call‑to‑action, and publish

Custom Form

A custom form allows your website visitors, app users, or event participants to upload UGC without posting it on social media. Their submissions will go directly into the section you’ve connected to the form.

The first step is to log in to your Flockler account, go to the Custom forms tab, and click [Create a new form]

Start from the ‘Fields’, where you can choose which inputs you want to include. To remove or add a field, just tick or untick the checkbox.

To customise a field, click the settings wheel, and if you want to reorder fields, use the three‑line drag icon to move them into place.

You can also add custom fields if needed.

Choose what happens after a user submits the form: show a “Thank you” message or redirect them to a specific URL.

Next, you can customise the [Send] button, choose colours and text, and add CSS if you want the form to match your branding more closely.

At the end, name your form, select an existing section where form submissions should be added (or create a new one), and choose whether submissions should be moderated before being published or published automatically.

Once the form is created, you’ll be able to preview how it will look. If you want to adjust it further, just click [Edit style and settings]

Embed the form directly on your website, and then create a layout for the submissions or add them to an existing one.
