How to display your latest Flickr images
Are you looking to gather and display your latest Flickr images?
Each Flickr account comes with an RSS feed, and with Flockler, you can set up an automated feed gathering the latest images of a Flickr account.
The first step is to find your Flickr ID:
-
Go to your Flickr profile page and copy the URL. For example, https://www.flickr.com/photos/obamawhitehouse
-
Go to https://www.webfx.com/tools/idgettr/ and paste the URL to the field. Click Find, and you’ll get an ID (for example,
35591378@N03
)
And here’s how you can set up an automated feed with Flockler:
-
Log in to your Flockler account.
-
Click Feeds from the top navigation
-
Select RSS
-
Add the URL of your Flickr RSS, which can be created with your ID and the URL https://api.flickr.com/services/feeds/photos_public.gne?id=[ID]. For example, https://api.flickr.com/services/feeds/photos_public.gne?id=35591378@N03
-
Complete the set up of an automated feed, and all the future images will be gathered to Flockler every 5 minutes.
