From X (formerly Twitter), you can gather and display:

  • Tweets by any public X (formerly Twitter) account

  • Public tweets by a hashtag/keyword

You don‘t need to be an admin of any specific X (formerly Twitter) account.

If needed, you can create multiple Flockler feeds gathering tweets, and display them all in one place.

Note that X (formerly Twitter) limits the history search of a hashtag to seven days, and Flockler won’t be able to collect older tweets at the start. However, after creating a feed on Flockler, all your future tweets will be automatically stored, and they won’t disappear from your Flockler account. If you gather posts by a certain account, we will typically store 20-30 tweets at the start and keep adding more over time.

Here’s a three-step guide on how to create an X (formerly Twitter) feed:

  1. Log in to Flockler (or sign up for a 14-day free trial).

  2. Click the 'Feeds' tab in the navigation and then the 'Add a new automated feed' button.

  3. Follow the instructions of the bot to gather posts by any X (formerly Twitter) account or by a hashtag/keyword.

This one-minute video shows how to create an automatically updating feed gathering tweets from a certain account.
